SFTP Report Download Options
Transferring data via File Transfer Protocol (FTP) has been deemed a potential security risk. As a result of security concerns, Palmetto GBA will begin transitioning submitters from using FTP to Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) in order to add an additional layer of security.
There are two options to download report returns from the SFTP TIBCO mailbox via port 22:
1. Select documents/files individually.

Please do not select the wildcard option (*.*) for all options like ALL SUBMITTERS or ALL REPORTS.
CMS highly recommends testing the new command line process via port 22 now as outlined in the Medicare Advantage Part D Communications Handbook.
